    共情

    共情是由英文empathy翻译而来的,特指能体验他人精神世界的一种能力。共情不等于同情,共情并不表示同意。共情不是站在我的立场上看你的问题,而是我站在你的立场理解、接纳你的情绪,并且通过我的语言表达你的情绪。

    以下四种情况出现时,孩子特别需要我们的共情:

    1. 当孩子出现不恰当行为时。

    无论这种行为在我们眼里多么荒谬错误,在孩子眼里都是符合一定逻辑的。我们应该蹲下身来,从孩子的角度出发,站在孩子的立场,说出孩子为什么要这么做,我们理解他,但是这种行为依然是错误的。

    2. 当孩子体验某种不良行为的后果时。

    体验这种后果,是一件令人难受的事情。我们应该给予孩子共情,告诉他,目前的状况的确令他难受,我们也为此感到非常遗憾,并鼓励他下一次避免这种令人不快的后果。

    3. 当孩子遇到困难和问题,感到无能为力、灰心丧气时。

    告诉孩子,我们理解他的苦恼,这的确很困难,但是我们相信他能把握/处理好。

    4. 当孩子对一些重大话题进行思考时。

    他们充满好奇、问个不停,对未来和未知不免产生一些焦虑。我们既不能推托“你以后就知道了”,也不能嘲弄他们幼稚的想法,而是应该蹲下身来,试图从他们的角度和目光看一看世界,鼓励他们探索和思考。
